Our services
We provide SEO, AI search visibility (GEO/AEO), content and online reputation consulting. Every paid engagement runs on a written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) that sets the scope, deliverables, fees and timelines.
If the SOW and these terms conflict, the SOW wins for that project.
No ranking guarantees
Google, Bing and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude decide their own rankings and citations. Nobody outside those companies controls them. We commit to doing the agreed work well and reporting honestly on results. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, traffic level, citation or revenue outcome.
Free tools and content
Our blog posts, free SEO tools and resources are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. They are provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Check anything important before you act on it.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules and currency are set out in your SOW. Late payment may pause work until the account is settled. Prices published on this site are starting points and can change; your SOW price stays fixed for its stated term.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the access we need to do the work.
- Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
- Make sure you have the right to share any content, data or credentials you give us.
Intellectual property
We own the content, design and code of this website. You may link to it and quote short extracts with credit. Copying large parts, or the design, needs our written permission.
Project deliverables become yours once the related fees are paid in full, unless the SOW says otherwise. We keep ownership of our general methods, templates and know-how. We only name you as a client or publish your results with your permission.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information, data and account access confidential and use it only to deliver your project. This continues after our engagement ends.
Third-party and affiliate links
This site links to websites and tools we don't control. Some links are affiliate links, explained in our Affiliate Disclosure. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content or their terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site or our free tools to break the law, send spam, attack or overload the site, or scrape it at a volume that disrupts it. We may block access that does.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or lost rankings.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end an engagement as set out in the SOW. You pay for work completed up to the end date. Confidentiality and payment obligations continue after it ends.
Governing law
Indian law governs these terms. Courts in [Ahmedabad, Gujarat] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes don't affect a signed SOW during its term.
