What we collect
Data you give us
- Enquiries: your name, phone number and message when you contact us on WhatsApp, and your name and email when you email us.
- Call bookings: your name, email and any answers you type when you book a call through Calendly.
- Audit and project details: your website URL, business details and account access you choose to share so we can review your site or deliver work.
- Comments: the name, email, website and comment text you submit on a blog post.
- Client billing: billing name, address and tax details (such as GSTIN) when you hire us.
- AI tool text: the text you paste into an AI tool. It is passed to Google's Gemini to generate the result and is not stored by us.
Data collected automatically

- Comment spam checks: when you comment, your IP address and browser details go to Akismet to filter spam.
We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels or session-recording tools on this site. If we add any, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule calls.
- To prepare audits, proposals and the work you hire us for.
- To send invoices and meet Indian tax and accounting duties.
- To publish your comment and block spam.
- To keep the site secure.
We do not sell your personal data, rent it, or use it to build advertising profiles.
Third parties
These services process data on our behalf or when you use them directly:
| Service | What it does | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Calendly | Call scheduling | Name, email, booking answers |
| WhatsApp (Meta) | Messaging | Phone number, name, messages |
| Google (Gemini API) | Generates the results for the AI tools | The text you submit to an AI tool |
| Google Fonts | Loads the website fonts | Your IP address and browser details |
| Akismet (Automattic) | Comment spam filtering | Comment content, IP, browser details |
| Gravatar (Automattic) | Commenter profile images | A hashed version of your email |
| Hostinger | Hosts the website | Server logs |
| Business email | Emails you send us |
AI tools. When you press the button on one of our AI tools (AI Text Humanizer, AI Grammar Checker, AI Summarizer Tool, and the Testimonial Request and Review Reply Writer), the text you entered is sent from this site to Google's Gemini API to produce the result. Do not enter confidential information or personal data about other people. We do not store the text or the result. Google processes it under its own terms, which we do not control. Check Google's current terms for how long it keeps API data.
Each service follows its own privacy policy. Some run servers outside India, so your data may be processed abroad.

Cookies
- Comment cookies: if you tick the box when commenting, WordPress stores your name and email in your browser so you don't retype them.
- Admin cookies: set only for people who log in to manage the site.
- Partner cookies: affiliate partners may set cookies on their own sites after you click through.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects: deleted within 6 months of our last contact.
- Client records and invoices: kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
- Comments: kept while the post is live, unless you ask us to remove yours.
- Server logs: kept for the period our host retains them, and at least as long as Indian law requires.
- AI tool text: not stored. Usage counters tied to a hashed form of your IP address expire after about an hour, and a site-wide daily counter after a day.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correct, complete or update it.
- Delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Stop processing it where it relies on your consent. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you can't.
Indian residents: our DPDP Notice explains your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Clients in the EU or UK: you also have the right to object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site, limit who can access client data, and use strong, unique passwords with two-factor authentication on the tools we control. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our tools or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
