A patient searching for a dentist picks from a map pack, reads a few reviews and calls the practice that looks closest and most trusted. Your website only decides what happens after that first look, so the Google profile and the treatment pages carry most of the weight.
One to five offices, a front desk that answers calls, and a doctor who can approve treatment content.
Extra Google profiles for locations you do not staff break the platform's rules, and I will not set them up.
This page covers general dentists, family practices, orthodontists, cosmetic dentists and pediatric dentists. I have worked on a US pediatric dental site, so I know how a single-location practice competes in a city.
No obligation · 30-minute call · Direct with me, not an account managerDental search is local by nature. People rarely drive across a city for a cleaning. They search "dentist near me" or a treatment plus a neighbourhood, and they decide from the map pack, review count and a quick look at the site.
Patients search for treatments, symptoms and costs, and for a dentist close to home.
Dental content is health content. Google asks for accuracy and consistency with expert consensus on topics that affect people's wellbeing, so a dentist should review treatment pages. Privacy needs care too. A US court vacated a key part of HHS's online-tracking guidance in 2024, and HHS withdrew its appeal, but that does not make tracking safe in every setup. Your compliance lawyer should approve any analytics, pixel or form tool before it goes on pages that collect patient information.
Reality check. A new patient is worth more than one visit, but SEO only pays if the phone gets answered. Missed calls and slow replies waste whatever ranking you earn.

| Google profile management | Improve map visibility | Category list, services added, review process |
| Before and after galleries | Show results | Written patient consent on file |

Five blocks, scoped in writing before work begins.
One page per treatment: who it suits, steps, timeline, aftercare, cost factors and what to ask at the first visit. The dentist reviews each page.
Primary and secondary categories, services, photos, appointment link and a review request process. One profile per real office only.
Plain pages on accepted plans, payment options and what happens at the first visit, so fewer patients call to ask.
Pages and profile signals for the areas patients actually travel from, with real local detail.
Call tracking and booking events set up with your compliance lawyer's approval for anything touching patient data.

Proof I can show. I worked on Kids First Dental, a pediatric dental practice in Columbia, South Carolina. I do not have published numbers for it, so I will not quote any. The practice type is pediatric, so general or cosmetic dentistry will differ.
Closest published proof: the SaaS case study shows how I track non-branded growth. The industry differs, so read it for the method, not as a result for your field. The dental work is described above without figures.
Four published case studies across industries. Read the full numbers and method.
Every name here is a client I worked with directly.
Run this against anyone you're evaluating, including me.
Four steps, each with a deliverable you can read before the next one starts.
Treatment pages, Google profile, new-patient path, insurance information and tracking. You get a written findings list.
I rank fixes by likely lead impact and effort, then write a Statement of Work with deliverables and monthly price.
Treatment pages and profile fixes ship first. Each page goes to the dentist for review before it publishes.
Monthly report: calls, bookings, map position, review growth and the next treatment pages.
SEO work starts at ₹40,000 a month. Final price depends on locations and scope. Free consultation first.
30 minutes on your site, your market and what to fix first. No pitch deck.
Profile setup and optimisation, categories, reviews and local map-pack work.
Technical, on-page, content and AI-search (GEO/AEO) work, scoped to a written Statement of Work.
Earned mentions and links from relevant publications.
Yes for most local practices, because patients search locally for care. Results depend on your city, competition and how consistently you publish accurate pages and collect reviews.
SEO services start at ₹40,000 a month and Google Business Profile only work starts at ₹15,000 a month. The final price turns on locations and treatments. You get a written Statement of Work after the free call.
Profile fixes can show change within weeks. Treatment page rankings usually need several months, longer in crowded cities.
Yes. I worked on a pediatric practice. Each specialty needs its own treatment pages and questions.
Google lists dentists among eligible categories for US Local Services Ads, and the model charges per lead. It is a paid channel separate from SEO.
A US court vacated a key part of HHS's tracking guidance in 2024, and HHS dropped its appeal. That does not clear every setup. Your healthcare compliance lawyer should approve tracking on patient-facing forms.
Only with written patient consent. I also check your state dental board rules on advertising.
I structure and write it. Your dentist reviews clinical statements. I am an SEO consultant, not a clinician.
A simple request after the visit to real patients, following platform rules. No purchased or filtered reviews.
I can improve the odds that AI tools describe your practice correctly, mainly through treatment pages and consistent dentist details. No one controls AI answers, and they change over time.
Not yet. The 100+ local SEO projects behind this page are the evidence for the method, and the free call includes a look at your own site.
Search Console, GA4, website and Google profile access, and a dentist who can review pages.
