On-Page SEO Consultant Who Makes Every Page Match the Search

I'm Mansoor Bhanpurawala. I've done SEO since 2012. On-page SEO makes each page answer the query it targets, in the format searchers and Google expect. I map one topic per page, rewrite what needs rewriting and link the pages together.

Quick answer: on-page SEO is the work done on the page itself: the target keyword and intent, title and meta description, headings, body content, images, internal links and schema. I map one topic to each page, rewrite titles and content to earn the click and the ranking, and measure the change in Search Console.

What on-page SEO covers

Eight jobs. One goal: each page earns its keyword.

Everything below is done by me, page by page, with a change sheet you can approve.

Keyword and intent mapping

One page, one main topic, one intent.

  • Keyword research from Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs and Ubersuggest
  • Intent labels: informational, commercial, transactional, navigational
  • SERP review: what format ranks, what the top ten share
  • Keyword-to-URL map with conflicts flagged
  • Cannibalization fixes: merge, redirect or re-target
  • Secondary and question keywords per page
You will see: a map showing which URL owns which query.

Titles and meta descriptions

The two lines that decide the click.

  • Title tags written for the query and the click, with the keyword near the front
  • Meta descriptions that state the result, not the topic
  • Length checks against pixel width, not character count alone
  • Unique tags for every indexable page
  • Brand placement rules
  • Search Console CTR tests before and after
You will see: click-through rate and clicks per page.

Headings and page structure

Answer first, then depth.

  • One H1 that matches the query
  • H2s built from real People Also Ask and related searches
  • A direct answer in the first 40 to 60 words where the query is a question
  • Table of contents for long pages
  • Scannable lists, tables and definitions
  • Heading hierarchy fixes
You will see: more featured snippet and AI Overview appearances.

Content gaps and depth

What the pages above you cover that you do not.

  • Side-by-side gap analysis of the top five results
  • Missing sections, entities, examples and data added
  • Thin and outdated content refreshed or pruned
  • First-hand evidence and author details added for E-E-A-T
  • Sources and dates shown
  • Plain language edit
You will see: position gains on rewritten pages.

Internal linking

The cheapest authority you control.

  • Link audit: which pages get links and which starve
  • Contextual links from strong pages to money pages
  • Descriptive anchor text, no stuffing
  • Hub-and-spoke link plan
  • Related content blocks that are useful
  • Link equity moved away from dead-end pages
You will see: impressions growing on target pages.

Images and media

Support the page without slowing it.

  • Descriptive file names and alt text
  • Modern formats and correct sizing
  • Video embeds with transcripts
  • Original images over stock where possible
  • Image sitemap when it helps
  • Image search checks
You will see: image impressions and faster load.

Schema and rich results

Mark up what the page is.

  • Article, Product, FAQPage, HowTo-style steps as plain content, BreadcrumbList, Person and Organization
  • Markup matched to visible content
  • Validation before release
  • Duplicate plugin output removed
  • Author and reviewer entities
  • Review markup only where policy allows
You will see: valid items and eligible rich results.

Conversion on the page

Traffic that does not convert is a cost.

  • Primary call to action per page
  • Trust elements: proof, reviews, credentials
  • Form and click-to-call checks
  • GA4 events for leads and calls
  • Above-the-fold clarity
  • Mobile readability
You will see: leads per landing page, not only clicks.
How an on-page project runs

Six steps. Each page gets a change sheet.

Priority goes to pages that already have impressions. Those move fastest.

1. Pull Search Console data

Queries, pages, positions and CTR for the last 16 months. I find pages ranking 4 to 20 with real impressions.

Output: Opportunity list

2. Map keywords and intent

One topic per URL. I flag cannibalization and gaps.

Output: Keyword-to-URL map

3. Review the SERP

I read the top results to see format, depth and angle.

Output: Page brief per target

4. Rewrite and restructure

Titles, headings, intro, body gaps, internal links, schema and images. I write or I brief your writer.

Output: Change sheet per page

5. Publish and annotate

Changes go live in batches with dates logged, so results trace back.

Output: Dated change log

6. Measure and iterate

After 4 to 8 weeks I compare clicks, CTR and position for each page against the previous period.

Output: Monthly report
The page checklist

36 checks on every important page.

Each page I touch gets the same review. Most fail several items.

Title and snippet
  • Title holds the main keyword near the front
  • Title is unique and under about 600 pixels
  • Meta description states the result and a reason to click
  • Brand name at the end unless brand search is the goal
  • URL is short and readable
  • Search Console CTR checked against position
Headings and answer
  • One H1 that matches the search
  • H2s follow real questions
  • Direct answer near the top
  • Lists and tables where the query asks for them
  • Heading order is logical
  • Long pages have a contents list
Content quality
  • Covers what the top five cover
  • Adds something they do not: data, example, first-hand note
  • Facts are current and sourced
  • Author and reviewer shown
  • No filler intro
  • Reading level suits the buyer
Links and media
  • Three to ten useful internal links in the body
  • Anchor text describes the target
  • Outbound links to credible sources
  • Images have alt text and sensible names
  • Images sized and compressed
  • Video has a transcript
Schema and trust
  • Schema matches the visible page
  • Breadcrumbs present
  • Contact and about links visible
  • Reviews and proof near calls to action
  • Policies linked in footer
  • Date shown for time-sensitive topics
Conversion
  • One clear primary call to action
  • Phone and WhatsApp tap-to-act on mobile
  • Forms short and tested
  • GA4 lead event fires
  • Page loads fast on 4G
  • Next step is obvious

This is an illustration of the pattern, not a client result. Real gains depend on the query, competition and page.

What I see go wrong

Eight on-page mistakes I fix every month.

Two pages fighting for one query

Cannibalization splits clicks and signals. I merge, redirect or re-target one of them.

Keyword stuffing from old advice

Repeating a phrase does not help. Cover the topic and answer the question instead.

Titles written for the CMS, not the reader

"Home | Brand" wastes the strongest line on the page.

Rewriting pages with no impressions

Rewrite pages that already show in Search Console first. They respond fastest.

Long intros before the answer

Searchers and AI systems both look for the answer fast. Lead with it.

Internal links only in the menu

Menu links are weak signals. Contextual links in the body carry more meaning.

Schema that contradicts the page

Markup must match visible content. Mismatches get ignored.

Changing ten things and logging none

Without a dated change log, you cannot tell what worked.

What I use for this

Each chart draws the confirmed start and end values from Search Console as bars. They are not daily data and show no curve in between. Exact monthly values come from the CSV exports. Search Console measures clicks and impressions, not revenue. Each property had several kinds of work running at once, so no chart isolates one service. Client names are withheld at their request. Case studies

Where page-level work changed the numbers.

Each case started with a keyword-to-URL map.

SaaS

An accounting SaaS with the wrong traffic

Found: 3,980 clicks a quarter, zero non-branded.

Did: non-branded content, use-case pages, two free calculators, a comparison page, five directory listings.

Result: 0 to 445 non-branded clicks, 52,300 impressions, 104 AI-assistant visits.

What went wrong: branded clicks fell 31% and signups were never tracked.
B2B manufacturing

A manufacturer that needed export buyers

Found: 82% of clicks came from India. The business sells only abroad.

Did: rebuilt product pages, MOQ-led content, schema, llms.txt.

Result: 16 to 22 inquiries in six months, about half from GCC and tier-1 buyers.

What went wrong: a catalog cleanup without a traffic check cost 23% of clicks in one month.
Fintech

An Indian platform that lost half its traffic

Found: a footer hidden from crawlers and 302 redirects where 301s belonged.

Did: fixed both first, then a news section, hub-and-spoke blog, gold and silver rate pages, programmatic stock pages.

Result: Gold-rates page reached 53.2K clicks in about 3 months and silver-rates 47.2K in about 2.

What went wrong: navigational traffic fell 50% and transactional 60% as link equity moved to programmatic pages.
How long it takes

Timelines from my own projects.

Nobody can promise a date. These ranges come from my own projects.

2 to 6 weeks

Titles and snippets

CTR changes appear first, on pages that already rank.

About 4 months

New traffic

An accounting SaaS went from 0 to 445 non-branded clicks in four months.

About 6 months

Leads

A B2B manufacturer went from one inquiry a quarter to 16 to 22 in six months.

4 to 6 months

Competitive terms

Crowded queries usually take longer than long-tail ones.

Your timeline depends on competition, current rankings and how many pages need work.

ROI and KPIs

I tie page changes to clicks and leads.

CTR by page

Click-through rate against position, before and after.

Average position

For the queries each page targets.

Clicks per page

From Search Console, by page and query.

Leads per landing page

GA4 events for forms, calls and WhatsApp.

Snippet and AI appearances

Featured snippets, People Also Ask and AI Overview mentions.

If a KPI does not move, I say so and change the plan. I will not hide behind "rankings improved."

What it costs

Five things decide the price.

I do not publish a price list, because the same budget buys different work depending on these factors. Message me on WhatsApp or call +91 90331 72192. I quote after I see your site.

Number of pages

Ten key pages and 500 pages are different jobs.

Content depth needed

Light edits cost less than full rewrites.

Who writes

I write, or I brief your writers and review.

Competition

Crowded queries need deeper pages.

One-off or monthly

A batch costs less than monthly page work.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What is on-page SEO?

On-page SEO is everything you change on a page to help it rank and convert: keyword and intent match, title and meta description, headings, body content, images, internal links and schema.

What is the difference between on-page and technical SEO?

On-page SEO shapes what a page says and how it is structured for a search. Technical SEO makes sure the page can be crawled, rendered and indexed at all. Technical comes first when pages are not indexing.

How long does on-page SEO take to work?

Title and snippet changes can move click-through rate within weeks on pages that already rank. Position gains from rewrites usually take 4 to 8 weeks to show, and competitive terms take longer.

How many keywords should one page target?

One main topic and a group of closely related phrases. If two pages chase the same main query, they compete. I map one primary query to each URL.

Does keyword density matter?

No. There is no ideal density. Cover the topic, answer the question and use the words a reader would use.

Do meta descriptions affect rankings?

Not directly. Google often rewrites them. A good one can still raise click-through rate, which matters for traffic.

Should I rewrite all my pages?

No. I start with pages that already earn impressions in Search Console, especially those at positions 4 to 20. Rewriting pages with no impressions rarely pays first.

Do you write the content yourself?

I rewrite titles, headings and key sections myself. For long content I brief your writer or write it, depending on scope.

What is cannibalization and how do you fix it?

It happens when two or more of your pages compete for the same query. I compare the pages, then merge, redirect or re-target one of them.

Does schema help on-page SEO?

Valid schema helps search engines understand a page and can make it eligible for rich results. It does not replace good content.

Do you work on Shopify, WordPress and Webflow pages?

Yes. I make changes directly in WordPress or give you exact change sheets for other platforms.

Can on-page SEO help with AI search?

Yes. Direct answers, clear structure and cited facts make pages easier for AI systems to quote. See my GEO page.

Send your URL. I'll tell you which pages to rewrite first.
