Most SaaS sites rank for their own name and little else. Branded traffic looks healthy in a report, but it only brings people who already know you. Growth needs non-branded searches: the problem a buyer types before they know your product exists.
You have a clear ICP, a product that solves a searchable problem and a way to track signups.
If buyers do not search for the problem, SEO will not create demand. I will say so after keyword research.
I build ICP pages, comparison and use-case pages, and answer content that AI assistants can quote. I also report what did not work, because SaaS SEO has setbacks and the reports should show them.
No obligation · 30-minute call · Direct with me, not an account managerA SaaS site can show rising clicks while non-branded growth sits at zero, because most traffic is people searching the product name. A mix of branded and non-branded reporting shows which is which.
Your buyers search the problem: "how to automate invoice reminders", "best accounting software for small businesses".
SaaS SEO also has failures. In the case study below, branded clicks and homepage clicks fell while non-branded grew, and two of eight ICP pages underperformed. The cause of the branded decline is not confirmed, and the case study says so. If an agency promises steady upward lines, ask to see the segments.
Risk to know. Registration-page clicks are not signups. In my case study I report 67 registration-page clicks as clicks, not as signups.

Proof I can show, with limits. In the published case study for an anonymous accounting SaaS in India, from 1 November 2025 to 28 February 2026 against July to October 2025, non-branded clicks rose from 0 to 445 and non-branded impressions from 0 to 52,300. Total clicks rose from 3,980 to 4,480 (+12.6%). The site received 104 AI-assistant visits, 62 from ChatGPT, and 67 clicks on the registration page. Those are clicks, not signups. Branded clicks fell 31% and homepage clicks fell 26.4%, and the cause is not confirmed. Two of eight ICP pages underperformed.
