How it works
What the score checks
Seven checks: word count, character length, a number, a power or intent word, a clear format, tone, and direct address. Each adds points. The weights are my judgment, not a published formula.
Test two or three versions, then pick the one that is accurate and specific. Match the search intent first.

Questions
Common questions
What makes a good headline?
Clear promise, specific detail, and a match with what the reader searched for.
How long should a headline be?
For SEO titles, about 50 to 60 characters so it is not cut off in results.
Do numbers help?
Often, since they signal a scannable list. They only help if they are real.
Is a high score a guarantee?
No. It is a checklist, not a prediction.
