A Google Business Profile and its Place ID. The Place ID is a text code that identifies your business on Google Maps. Google offers a Place ID Finder in its Maps Platform documentation. Search for your business name there and copy the ID.

Rules to follow
- Ask real customers who used your service.
- Ask every customer, not only the ones you expect to be happy. Google does not allow selective review requests or review gating.

- Do not write reviews yourself or ask staff and family to post them.
Check the link
Open the link while signed in to a Google account and confirm the form shows your business name. Place IDs can change, so test again every few months. The link only works for businesses that can receive reviews.

The Place ID may be wrong, may have changed, or the business may not allow reviews. Find the ID again and rebuild the link.
